Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms to use AUDrive. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Use of the Service

• Use AUDrive only for lawful purposes and in accordance with road rules and regulations.
• Content is provided for guidance and practice only and may not reflect real-time conditions or official requirements.
• You are responsible for your driving decisions and compliance with all applicable laws.

Subscriptions & Billing

AUDrive offers an optional Pro subscription that provides access to all premium driving test routes and advanced practice features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. To the extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

User Content & Community Contributions

You may submit content to AUDrive, including driving test routes, GPS recordings, and comments. By submitting content:

• You grant AUDrive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, modify, and distribute the content as part of the platform.
• Submitted routes that are reviewed and published become part of the platform's community content and may be retained even if your account is deleted.
• You remain responsible for ensuring your contributions do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Community Guidelines

When using community features such as comments, you agree to:

• Not post content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not post spam, advertisements, or misleading information.
• Not harass, bully, or impersonate other users.

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users who violate these guidelines. You can report inappropriate content or block users through the app. We aim to review reports promptly.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Upon deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately. You have a 30-day recovery period during which you can restore your account by signing in again. After 30 days, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted. Community content you contributed (such as published routes) may be retained in an anonymised form.

Third-Party Services

AUDrive may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUDrive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

Without limiting the foregoing, information and route suggestions on AUDrive are provided for reference only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate in light of changing real-world road, traffic, or exam conditions. You assume all risks arising from your use of such information, and AUDrive/LIMON TECH disclaims responsibility for any resulting loss, damage, or penalty.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIMON TECH and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising out of or related to your use of AUDrive.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AUDrive at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other reasons, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria to resolve any dispute.
